Data handling
Business profile, pipeline, alert, document, and chat data may be stored so the app can work across sessions. GovScout does not use public pages to expose private customer content.
Analytics
Public-site analytics are used to understand page performance and conversion flow. Customer solicitation text and private company details should not be sent as analytics events.
